Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All products are under full factory warrantees. All returns must be authorized by the seller within 30 days of delivery. Authorized, returned merchandise must be in brand new condition and the seller's return authorization number must be clearly printed on package by the customer. Since we offer free initial shipping, customer will be responsible for costs on non-defective product returns.
